The illness of addiction affects all aspects of our culture. In this webinar, Dr. Earley and Alan Kennedy discuss issues concerning addiction in the workplace. This seminar was originally presented as a national Webinar given by the National Business Group on Health. It broadcast on 23 July 2009. In the first half, Dr. Earley discusses addiction in general.  Mr. Kennedy goes on to describe how addiction causes trouble in the workplace and suggets a path to return national attention to a joint effort between treatment providers and employers.
