Neurophysiology and brain imaging is rapidly accelerating our understanding of some of the biggest mysteries of the mind, how we learn, integrate emotional experiences and change-and how we claw our way out of the dark despair of our addicted past. This online training by Dr. Paul Earley comes to you through the U.S. Journal training series. It examines the neurophysiology of the addictive experience, how it entrains the brain to repeat past mistakes and re-enact self-destructive behavior. The seminar then proposes therapeutic techniques to free our clients from the memory of our destructive past.
