Paul H. Earley, M.D. specializes in the treatment of physicians who suffer from addictive disease. In his career, he has developed and managed several  treatment program that specialized in addiction among pohysicians.

Several years ago Dr. Earley addressed the Oklahoma Board of Medicine and the Oklahoma Impaired Physicians Program about addiction in physicians. His lecture was part of an evening training with ther director of the Oklahoma Impaired Physicians Program. The lecture covers the basics of addiction treatment for physician patients, why physician treatment is different, and how characteristics of the physician's personality complicate treatment.
